Hand Care in Challenging Conditions
The spread of the novel coronavirus is altering our daily routines, including personal hygiene practices. Frequent mask-wearing affects facial care, but the need for hand care has increased the most, as our hands are on the front line. Regular and thorough handwashing helps prevent infections and the spread of disease.
However, frequent washing and excessive use of sanitizers can also damage the skin on your hands. That’s why it’s essential to maintain the protective lipid layer, which is essential for normal skin function and prevents dryness, irritation, and cracking.
Brine Hand Cream – An Innovation in Skin Care
In collaboration with Slovenian pharmacists, we developed the first line of skin care and cleansing products based on brine from the Sečovlje Salt Pans. Our first product on the shelves is the hand cream.
In addition to well-known nourishing ingredients such as shea and mango butter, jojoba oil, and glycerin, the cream contains brine (aqua madre – mother of all waters). This precious liquid, collected from the bottom of salt pans after the salt is harvested by hand, is a rich concentrate of seawater with numerous elements, among which magnesium stands out.
Why Magnesium Matters for Your Skin
Studies show that magnesium-rich brine directly affects the outer (cornified) layer of the skin (stratum corneum), improving hydration. The result is more elastic, smooth, and healthy skin, protected from dryness and cracks.
Why Choose Brine Hand Cream
Take care of your health and maintain proper hand care. The brine hand cream is ideal for daily use. Its lightweight texture absorbs quickly, moisturizes the skin, and is scented with a citrus verbena fragrance, appealing to both women and men.
