We have added three new products to our family of salts with herbs.
Our laboratory has prepared three new tasty blends of our premium,
handmade sea salt with sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and rosemary,
respectively. This time, we have opted for mono-seasoning
combinations that enhance dishes with specific notes and flavours.
The mixes are therefore for those who know exactly what they want to
achieve in their cooking.
Salt with Basil consists of a blend of unrefined iodised sea salt and 23 % dried
basil leaves. Basil, with its sweet, slightly peppery note, is an
indispensable element of Mediterranean cuisine. The product fits
perfectly with fresh salads and all tomato dishes. It can be added to
various herbal sauces, which are pleasantly refreshed by the scent of
basil. It can even be used to salt pasta water. For the more
adventurous, our basil mixture can also be used on freshly sliced
watermelon or melon. Try this crazy combination, you won't regret
it.
Salt with Rosemary contains 20 % of this
prized spice. Rosemary and basil are two of the best-known
Mediterranean herbs. Many people claim that rosemary is particularly
suited to potato dishes, which it complements really well. Our blend
should definitely not be missing from your roast potatoes. It will be
easier to prepare and certainly tastier. The Rosemary seasoning salt
also goes well with other sweet tubers such as beetroot or sweet
potatoes. Rosemary salt is an excellent complement to roasted
vegetables, fish, poultry meat, roast pork or roast lamb. It is a
great complement to boiled eggs, dishes with avocado and fresh
tomatoes. It can be sprinkled on bread dough before baking, or simply
mixed with olive oil in which a piece of freshly baked bread is
dipped, taking our minds to our favourite spots in Mediterranean
destinations.
Salt with Tomato contains as much as 50 % of this exquisite and indispensable Mediterranean fruit. We use exclusively tomatoes of Italian origin, certified organic. The sweetness of the tomatoes, balanced by the saltiness of the hand-grown sea salt, enriches every dish. Try it on roasted vegetables, salads, soups, egg dishes, dishes with avocado, etc. In fact, it's suitable everywhere, elevating and enriching any taste. It can even be used to season store-bought tomato sauce or freshly sliced tomatoes, adding a touch of homeliness. It is therefore suitable for everything from the simplest salad onwards. You should also try it with cottage cheese on toasted bread, and you won't regret it. Bon appétit!
