We’re delighted to expand our rich range of chocolates with Fleur de Sel, featuring a very special addition – Dark Chocolate with Fleur de Sel and Spirulina from Slovenia, produced organically.
This marks an important step forward, as we previously used imported spirulina, but now it is grown and processed in Slovenia. This way, we support the local environment while ensuring even greater freshness and traceability of the ingredients.
The chocolate contains 62% cocoa and a pinch of Fleur de Sel, our most precious salt. Its truly unique taste comes from spirulina, widely recognized as a superfood.

Nutritional Profile of Spirulina
Spirulina has a unique nutritional profile. It is primarily composed of protein (60–70%) and contains 8 essential amino acids that our bodies cannot produce on their own.
It is also rich in micronutrients, including:
- B vitamins (B6, B3, B4)
- Vitamin E
- Calcium, iron, and magnesium
Although spirulina is often called a blue-green alga, it is actually a cyanobacterium – a microorganism that produces a wealth of nutrients through photosynthesis. It contains chlorophyll, carotenoids, and phycocyanin, known for their strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
This makes spirulina a truly unique superfood, now available in our chocolate in its highest-quality Slovenian version. Spirulina gives the chocolate an extra value for your body and well-being.
