Additional provisions for purchasing goods and services in the online shop

Annex to the Terms and conditions for purchasing good and services, applicable from 25/3/2021

Applicable from: 25/3/2021 onwards

1. Making a purchase in the online shop

Completing a purchase in the online shop is made possible for all users, with the exception of budget users (government, state council, ministries, courts, municipalities, administrative units, parishes, schools, kindergartens, welfare offices, retirement homes, police stations, fire stations, museums, libraries, public institutions, etc.). The list of budget users can be consulted at https://www.ujp.gov.si/dokumenti/dokument.asp?id=316

You can either complete your purchase as a registered user or as a guest.

1.1. Completing a purchase as a registered user: You can make a purchase in the online shop as:
- a registered user with a user profile

1.2. an anonymous user without a profile
You can also make a purchase in the online shop without registering. When entering the required data (first and last name, delivery address, phone number), you must also enter your contact e-mail address which will be used to send you a link to follow the status of your purchase.

2. Presentation of the offer (products, prices and conditions)

Our online shop contains a wide range of products. To find out more, visit www.soline.si

2.1. Purchasing a gift voucher
When purchasing a gift voucher, you are bound by the rules published in the document "Gift Vouchers" on the SOLINE website.

3. Add to cart

Your shopping basket contains the goods that you have selected.

In this step, you can add other goods or remove selected goods. "Soline" reserves the right to only enable the purchase of a limited amount of goods.

When completing your purchase, you must accept the Terms and conditions for purchasing goods and services.

4. Delivery

In the "Delivery" step, you must enter all customer information marked with an *. This information will also appear on your invoice. You can only change the information that can be changed.

4.1. Customer information
You must enter all the required data and your contact information.

4.2. Delivery information

The products can be delivered to the address of the customer or to another address entered. All mandatory information marked with an * must be entered. The delivery service will deliver the package to the selected address; however, the delivery process does not include delivery to the door.

4.3. Consignee
The package can be accepted by the customer or by another person. All mandatory information marked with an * must be entered; you can only change the information that can be changed.

4.4. Free delivery
Our products can be delivered to the Republic of Slovenia and to other countries of the European Union. Free delivery is guaranteed for purchases exceeding €50 in the Republic of Slovenia. For all other purchases, costs pursuant to the Delivery price list set out in section 4.5 shall apply.

4.6. Delivery time

The delivery time depends on each individual offer, signature of documents, and payment. "Soline" endeavours to deliver your package as soon as possible, but no later than within the legally defined 30-day period.

"Soline" endeavours to send the goods from all orders placed during the week (from Monday to Friday) by 1 pm as soon as possible (the estimated delivery time is on the next working day, but no later than within the legally defined 30-day period).

Goods cannot be ordered to be delivered to a P.O. box and delivery is also limited to the area of the Republic of Slovenia and other member states of the European Union.

4.7. Acceptance of the consignment – unavailability upon delivery
If you are not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, please follow the rules of the delivery courier in order to accept your consignment.

4.8. Delivery of consignments – delivery business partners:
The delivery of goods is performed by the company General Logistics Systems, logistične storitve (hereinafter referred to as: GLS), which is a contractual partner of "Soline".

4.8.1. General Logistics Systems, logistične storitve (hereinafter referred to as: GLS):
GLS shall deliver the goods no later than on the working day following the day that the consignment has been picked up from the premises of "Soline". If you are not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification about a new delivery attempt. GLS shall coordinate with you in order to agree on the new delivery attempt. If you fail to respond after the said rearrangement, the delivery shall not be made. GLS shall attempt to deliver the package no more than twice. After eight (8) business days from the day of the second delivery attempt, the consignment shall be returned to the "Soline" warehouse. You can also personally retrieve your shipment at GLS.

4.9. Since "Soline" endeavours to offer quick and reliable services, we propose that you follow our recommendations for the acceptance of goods, as any potential issues will be resolved in a quicker and simpler manner.

4.10. Examination of goods upon delivery

Before accepting and signing for the delivery of goods, make sure that you have received the goods that you have ordered.

If the picture on the packaging or the code of the goods do not match the goods you ordered, do not open the packaging; instead, send us an e-mail to #EM#65726a6c744575686460646e227e67#EM# and we will verify whether the delivery has been performed correctly.

Once you are sure that the goods you have received are, indeed, the goods you ordered, carefully open the packaging. Do not throw away the protective films, labels and other protective elements if you are not completely sure you wish to keep the goods.

The delivered package and its content must be examined in the presence of the delivery courier. First, check for any signs of external damage to the packaging and inform the delivery courier of about this. If you believe that the content of the package has been damaged, carefully open the package in the presence of the delivery courier who will help you examine the contents. If the package is damaged, you are not obliged to accept it; you can refuse its acceptance and let us know about the situation. In order to do so, the delivery courier must help you prepare a record of the damaged consignment, which you must both sign, as it serves as proof of the damaged consignment. For a quick resolution of the procedure, send a copy of the record by e-mail to #EM#65726a6c744575686460646e227e67#EM#. Further resolution of the complaint will be arranged by the delivery partner and "Soline" as quickly as possible, but in no event later than within the legally defined 30-day period.

4.11. Unclaimed package

If you are not available during delivery, you will receive a notification of another delivery attempt. If you fail to respond to this notification, the delivery shall not be made. The consignment will be returned to "Soline".

If the user fails to retrieve the package pursuant to the process described above, the delivery partner shall return the package to the "Soline" warehouse. "Soline" will then contact the user and ask them to provide a current account number for the paid purchase price to be reimbursed within 8 days of receiving the said information.

For any further information regarding your purchase, use the reference number of the order listed on the purchase confirmation.

5. Payment methods and means of payment

You can choose one of the following means of payment:
- debit card,
- cash on delivery, for Slovenia only
- PayPal.

Any costs related to the use of the selected means of payment will be charged pursuant to the conditions and price lists of the providers offering each individual means of payment. Additional costs amounting to €1.22 shall be charged for cash on delivery.

6. Purchase confirmation

Your purchase will be made once you press the "Purchase confirmation" button.

We advise you to print out or, alternatively, save the Terms and conditions for purchasing goods and services, the purchase confirmation and the Additional provisions for purchasing goods and services in the online shop on a suitable durable medium.

7. Purchase completion

You will receive a purchase confirmation sent to your e-mail address.

8. Purchase cancellation

Users can cancel their purchase by sending an e-mail to #EM#65726a6c744575686460646e227e67#EM#.

If the purchase is already being processed for delivery, the order can no longer be cancelled. In this case, let us know how you wish to proceed at #EM#65726a6c744575686460646e227e67#EM#. We will provide you with further information on how to cancel your order.

9. Inquiries

You can submit an inquiry for goods that are currently unavailable or being announced. You will receive an answer within 2 working days.

10. System messages

Our online shop will sometimes send you certain system messages that do not require an answer. You will receive the following system messages:
- order confirmation,
- notification that your order is on its way to you.

11. Objections, comments, claims and statements

Any objections, comments, claims or statements must be sent to #EM#65726a6c744575686460646e227e67#EM# with the subject "Reklamacija", while observing the deadlines and the method described in the applicable legislation.

In order for us to begin the process of resolving your objections, comments, claims or statements, you must provide us with accurate information about the user who performed the purchase (first name and last name, address, phone number, order number).

In case of a claim related to defects in goods or warranties, you must also enclose the goods, including all corresponding documents.

The settlement of objections, comments, claims and statements shall take place pursuant to the provisions of the applicable legislation.
