General provisions:
The promotion, “1+1 FREE” (hereinafter referred to as the promotion), is organized by SOLINE Pridelava soli d.o.o., Seča 115, 6320 Portorož (hereinafter: the organizer).
The promotion runs from March 27, 2026, until June 30, 2026, or while stocks last, or until cancellation.
The promotion is valid at all Piranske soline retail locations and in the online store.
Promotional gifts and participation conditions:
During the promotion period, customers receive a promotional gift when purchasing a product for which the gift is explicitly specified. Each qualifying product entitles the customer to one gift. The promotion is applied at checkout, or in the online store the product is automatically added to the cart once the conditions are met. Shipping costs are not included in the promotion.
Promotional gift:
When purchasing one (1) solid shower soap with salt and poppy seeds, the customer receives one (1) identical product free of charge. The promotion applies to each purchased product that meets the conditions. The price of the individual product remains unchanged; the promotion represents a quantity-based benefit.
Restrictions and specific provisions:
- The promotion applies exclusively to the product listed above.
- Promotional gifts cannot be exchanged for other products or redeemed for cash.
- In the event of a return of the product that qualified for the gift, the customer must also return the promotional gift; otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund.
- The organizer does not pay out the value of gifts in cash.
- The organizer reserves the right to change or substitute promotional gifts if required by objective circumstances.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms or to terminate the promotion (in whole or in part) at any time.
- In the event of an obvious technical error (e.g., incorrect display of the gift, incorrect calculation of conditions, or a system error in the online store), the organizer reserves the right not to grant the promotional gift.
