The website www.soline.si strives to ensure accessibility in accordance with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act (ZDPSMA) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Compliance Status:

This website is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standard due to certain non-conformities that are currently being addressed.
Non-accessible Content

Based on an internal audit (July 2025, WAVE tool), and following recent updates, we have identified the following accessibility issues:

13 form fields are still missing associated labels,
6 empty links and 2 buttons have no accessible name or label,
21 instances of insufficient color contrast,
1 incorrect ARIA reference.

Resolved:

The heading structure (H1–H6) has been corrected to follow semantic hierarchy.
Tab navigation is now enabled for all key elements on the site.
A UserWay accessibility widget has been implemented, providing additional support features (contrast toggle, text resizing, screen reader, etc.).

We are aware of the importance of digital accessibility and are committed to improving the experience for all users. A full website redesign is planned for 2026, which will ensure full compliance with accessibility standards.
