A Very Special Cookbook, as called by the famous Slovenian Poet Tone Pavček, who wrote the introduction, was created in cooperation with the pupils of the Sečovlje primary school. The children collected the traditional recipes from their grandmothers for typical, simple salt maker’s dishes loved by the salt makers since the earliest time.
